• Sponsored development & building of the Baton Rouge Associated Builders and Contractors Craft Training School
• Developed standardized contractor safety orientation program delivered by the Safety Council of the LA Capital Area
• Helped form Association of Reciprocal Safety Councils
• Established a contractor safety, health and security audit program to help with plants' PSM compliance

• Developed a standardized contractor Security Passport program
• Helped form the LA Healthcare Alliance
• Developed a Contractor Safety Awards program to recognize contractor businesses who have achieved excellent safety performance over the year.
• Developed a Contractor Workforce Development Awards program to recognize contractor companies who invest in training of their employees
