2026 GBRIA Safety and Health Audit

Helping simplify and further contractor management programs.

Since 1996, the GBRIA Safety & Health Audit has aimed to provide GBRIA members with a quality audit protocol to supplement their existing contractor pre-qualification programs. Most owner companies are utilizing pre-qualification software or internal systems to ensure contractor companies have OSHA and company-specific programs. This audit provides assurance that these programs are being implemented.

Through our partnership and reciprocity with the Industry Business Roundtable (formally Houston Business Roundtable), members have access to hundreds of current audits (conducted within three years).

To proceed with this audit request and remain on the ExxonMobil Baton Rouge ACL:

1. Complete the audit registration form. This starts the invoicing process.

2. Pay the audit fee, $1,200 (must be prepaid).

3. Schedule the audit with SafetyPro Resources; they will reach out to you.

ALL 3 steps MUST be completed no later than 3/31/26

Failure to complete the audit may result in your company's removal from the Baton Rouge Area Approved Contractors List (ACL).
