GBRIA's 8th Annual Clay Shoot Tournament 

May 15th, 2026

GBRIA is excited to host its 8th Annual Clay Shoot at Riverside Sporting Clays in Denham Springs.

Safety Waivers (MANDATORY) : All teams and players are required to complete a safety waiver before participating in the tournament.

Sponsorship Opportunities: Various sponsorships, including Clubhouse, On-Course, Meal, Beverage, and others, are available during the registration process.

Golf Carts: will be available this year! Be sure to reserve yours at checkout!

Schedule:

  • Breakfast & Registration opens at 7:30 a.m.
  • Tournament begins at 8:45 a.m.
  • Lunch will be served at the clubhouse at noon.
  • The event concludes at 3:00 p.m.

Shooter Team Ticket (4 person ticket)
Field a full team and compete together at the GBRIA Clay Shoot. Each 4-person team registration includes everything you need for a great day on the course, with shells provided. Participants are responsible for bringing their own shotgun. Registration Ended 5/8/26 at 5:00 PM CDT

Shooter Gift Sponsor
The Player Gift Sponsor receives premium brand exposure through a co-branded Belted Shell Bag given to every shooter at the GBRIA Clay Shoot. This practical gift keeps your company name visible during the event and beyond. GBRIA will coordinate and handle ordering the shell bags, making this an easy and impactful sponsorship opportunity.

Clubhouse - Lunch Sponsor
Host the Clubhouse Tent and put your brand at the center of the post-shoot gathering. As a Clubhouse Tent Sponsor, you will serve lunch and enjoy direct face time with shooters at the event, making this one of the most engaging sponsorships available at the GBRIA Clay Shoot.

Sponsors will coordinate with GBRIA to confirm the number of attendees to plan for and are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, and lunch for participants.

Clubhouse - Breakfast Sponsor
Kick off the day with your brand front and center by sponsoring breakfast at the clubhouse. As the Breakfast Sponsor, you will serve morning refreshments to shooters before they hit the course, giving you valuable early exposure and face time with every participant.

Club House - Safety Station Sponsor
This Sponsorship puts your brand in the hands of every shooter at the GBRIA Clay Shoot. As the Safety Equipment Sponsor, you will provide safety glasses and earplugs to participants, ensuring everyone is geared up for a safe day on the course. This is a high-visibility, hands-on sponsorship. Sponsor is also asked to provide bug spray and sunscreen at their tent for participant use throughout the event. On-Course Tent Sponsor
Engage with shooters right where the action is by hosting an On-Course Tent. As an On-Course Tent Sponsor, you will set up along the course and interact directly with participants as they make their way through each station, giving your brand a memorable presence throughout the entire event.

Sponsors are responsible for providing their own tent and tables. Sponsors are encouraged to bring water, Gatorade, etc. Alcohol is prohibited on the course.
